Biography
Brian was instrumental in the founding of First Chance Mortgage, Inc. Having worked with three mortgage lenders during and post college, he recognized, as did Al Coughlin, the need for a mortgage company that is based on honesty, integrity and total customer satisfaction. Having experienced other lenders sometimes unprofessional behavior towards mortgage clients, Al and Brian opened First Chance Mortgage to satisfy customer’s needs utilizing their extensive personal experiences and knowledge so the customer would have a positive experience before, during and after the mortgage process.
Brian attended South Gwinnett High School continuing his education at Valdosta State College. He received a degree from Georgia State University in Business upon completion of college. In addition to being a part of the mortgage loan officer team, Brian is a registered real estate agent. With his knowledge in the loan industry and the real estate marketing arena, he brings enormous knowledge to the company. This allows him to assist a variety of customers in various stages of the mortgage and home purchasing process.
In his spare time, Brian enjoys traveling, golf, softball, working out and movie trivia. He is in the process of expanding his endeavors by developing an extensive web site call Travel Pals Online. This site is scheduled to be released in late 2008.
Brian is a lifelong resident of Georgia and the oldest son of Al Coughlin, President First Chance Mortgage.
