First Chance Mortgage is located in Loganville, Georgia in the Metro Atlanta Area. We service all residential and commercial areas located in the State of Georgia. With our technical capabilities and affiliations, we are able to meet the demands of our client base and streamline the lending process to ensure your satisfaction from application to closing. We offer Conventional, FHA, VA and business lending loan programs. Home Purchases, Refinance, Home Improvement, Debt Consolidation, and Investment loans are all programs we specialize in.

First Chance Mortgage was founded in 2001 by myself and my son Brian. Our original focus was Georgia first time home buyer services. We have expanded to deal with all mainstream mortgage needs for all types of borrowers and commercial mortgage services. With a combined lending experience of more than 50 years, we offer personalized service to our clients on a one-on-one basis to make your mortgage experience is as professional and pleasant as possible. As a small business, we are able to keep a hands-on approach to your mortgage needs and make ourselves available to you at all times during the mortgage process.

Having retired from a multinational lending institution, I understand the difficulties customers face when dealing with multi-level corporate structures and have committed our company focus on individual customer satisfaction. As an example, we do not utilize voice mail during our lending hours as many institutions do simply because we understand your time is valuable and we want to handle your questions as they arise. Our lending staff is dedicated to your satisfaction and we work diligently to locate mortgage loans structured around your specific needs. In fact, our staff is encouraged to make themselves available by cell phone after hours for your needs during the process to handle any issues that may be present during your loan process.
